If I the artist SALTY_KIWI cancel your commission at any stage you will receive a full refund within 5 working days regardless of what stage of your commission I am at.
If you the purchaser cancel a commission at any state after payment you will not receive a refund unless it has been discussed and agreed.PSA once you receive your commission and confirm you are happy with everything I hold no responsibility for backing up the piece of art. If you lose your art piece at any stage after receiving it. I will not be held responsible for not being unable to re-provide it.
